This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
If you pass that date we offer an extra 14 days to return the item in exchange for a coupon valid 1 month.

You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
The above criteria applies only if the product that you purchased from the website is not utilized. Once you have completed the course or attempted the mock test, no refund shall be issued against cancellation.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
Since we do not provide any physical materials as of now, there is no return shipping cost. If you have not utilized any course the entire amount shall be refunded.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, we will refund you by bank transfer.
If you return your order after that period but before 28 days of delivery, the amount will be refunded in the form of a site credit to be used on our store within 1 month.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If we haven’t received the request within that time window, or we don’t receive evidence that the item was not utilized.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount.
We may not refund the amount for order that are partially utilized.
