Hemorrhoids are swollen veins located around the anus or in the lower rectum.

Hemorrhoids can either be internal or external. Internal hemorrhoids develop within the anus or rectum. External hemorrhoids develop outside of the anus. Hemorrhoids are also known as piles.

External hemorrhoids are the most common and most troublesome. Hemorrhoids cause pain, severe itching, and difficulty sitting. they’re treatable.

    Symptoms of hemorrhoids include:

    extreme itching around the anus

irritation and pain around the anus

itchy or painful lump or swelling near your anus

    fecal leakage

    painful bowel movements

blood on the tissue after having a bowel movement

Hemorrhoids usually resolve within a few days on their own, and you may find that you can manage the symptoms through at-home methods.

Treatment consists of diet modifications and laxative

A high-fibre diet can be effective, along with stool softeners. In some cases, a medical procedure to remove the haemorrhoid may be needed to provide reliefs.

Causes may also be due to liver cirrhois ,As there is a portosystemic anastomoses between superior rectal vein of portal vein and middle and inferior rectal vein of systemic vein around anal canal. Added to the above causes it Will also cause haemorrhoids.
